Chris Thompson - CMT, NMT, HN

Chris has an extensive background in Therapeutic Massage, Holistic Nursing, Corrective Exercise, Personal Training, Structural Bodywork, Kinesiology, Resistance Stretching, and a special background in Diagnostic Sonography. He is a former USN Special Operations Fitness Coordinator with a wide variety of military rehabilitation/fitness tips and tricks to help provide a better therapeutic service experience to all his clientele.​

Chris' unique background gives him a well rounded ability to restore and prevent injuries, helping each clients' individual needs to regain optimum health and flexibility, or just to simply relax and unwind.​

Chris takes an integrative approach with all clients, using his teachings of all therapies combined to provide a whole body wellness for the body, mind, and spirit. Each therapeutic session is a personalized strategy that considers the clients unique needs.

What does a Structural Bodyworker do?

A Structural Bodyworker, in conjunction to a physical therapist, is a health professional who focuses on soft tissue alignment to alleviate body pain caused by postural imbalance, injuries or congested areas. Bad posture, weak or restricted muscles and Distortions or disorganization in the soft tissue can result in many types of pain and symptoms.
